Booking requests and access approval

You agree to provide accurate and current information, submit requests only for legitimate purposes, protect any credentials associated with your use, and follow all applicable facility, safety, security, and organizational policies. You are responsible for activity performed using credentials under your control.

Gate Keypers and its licensors retain rights in the platform, software, designs, branding, text, graphics, and related materials. These terms do not transfer ownership rights to you. You may use the platform only as permitted by these terms and applicable law.
No misuse
You must not attempt unauthorized access; probe, disrupt, or bypass security; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent requests; introduce malicious code; scrape or overload the platform; reverse engineer protected components; or use Gate Keypers in a way that violates law or the rights of others.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, the platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Gate Keypers does not warrant uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that a request will be approved or fulfilled. Nothing on the platform is legal, security, or professional advice.
Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Gate Keypers and its representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, revenue, opportunity, or access, arising from use of or inability to use the platform.
